Where we deliver

EVERSTAY delivers across Pakistan. The Aviara offer currently includes free standard delivery and cash on delivery, with no advance card payment required.

Order verification

The WhatsApp number supplied at checkout may be used to verify your order, delivery details and availability before dispatch. An order may be delayed or cancelled if the details cannot be verified.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on destination, courier capacity, public holidays and conditions outside EVERSTAY's control. Customer care can provide the most relevant update after an order has been confirmed.

At the door

Where the courier permits open-parcel inspection, check that the item and parcel are correct before paying. If the parcel is visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, decline it and contact customer care.

Refund policy

Wrong or damaged orders

If the wrong item arrives or the parcel is damaged in transit, decline it at the door when possible. If you discover the issue after delivery, contact EVERSTAY promptly with your order details and clear photos of the parcel and product.

Personal-care items

For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Eligibility is reviewed from the order evidence and product condition.

Before sending anything back

Contact customer care before returning a parcel. Do not send a product without return instructions, as an unapproved parcel may not be identifiable or accepted.

Resolution

Once a claim is reviewed, EVERSTAY will explain the available resolution, which may include replacement, return, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Privacy policy

Information used for an order

Checkout may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, delivery address and city. On the Aviara landing page, these details are passed directly into EVERSTAY's Shopify checkout and are not saved in browser storage by the landing page.

Why information is used

• To verify, process and deliver an order.

• To prevent fraud, misuse and delivery errors.
• To meet legal, accounting and operational requirements.

Service providers

Information may be handled by services needed to operate the store, including Shopify, payment or cash-on-delivery services, couriers, hosting providers and customer-support tools. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy terms.

You may contact EVERSTAY to ask about your customer information, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where required for orders, fraud prevention, accounting or law.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Product availability, offers and delivery eligibility may change. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance; EVERSTAY may verify, accept, decline or cancel an order where details, inventory or delivery cannot be confirmed.

Cash on delivery

For cash-on-delivery orders, the amount confirmed at checkout is payable to the courier when the parcel is delivered, subject to any permitted parcel inspection.

Product use

Aviara is for external use. Apply to clean, dry underarms and allow it to dry before dressing. Avoid the face, broken skin and irritated areas. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if irritation occurs. Aviara is a deodorant and does not block natural perspiration.

Site content

EVERSTAY names, product copy, photography, graphics and site design may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission. Reasonable efforts are made to keep product information accurate, but screen colour and presentation can vary by device.
